What I'm building

A reusable product platform for building a family of tracking apps — shared Flutter packages, one backend, one deployment, many focused products.

A calm, local-first habit tracker for iOS and Android — one-tap check-ins, humane streaks, smart reminders, and native widgets.

The consumer brand bringing Tracker OS apps to users — brand site, content strategy, and the public face of the portfolio.

01 Build reusable foundations: The expensive parts of software — auth, billing, sync, deployment — should be paid for once and reused across products.
02 Keep the daily action simple: Products people use every day must cost seconds. Depth belongs behind the main loop, never in it.
03 Design for local-first resilience: Apps should work offline and anonymously by default. The network is an enhancement, not a dependency.
04 Treat product and engineering as one system: Pricing, copy, schema, and architecture constrain each other. Designing them together is what independent building makes possible.
